Terms of Service
Last Revised: September 22, 2026 • Governing all software released by GOTO Tech including Pixalab AI: Image Generator (com.pixalab.genration), Super Sudoku, and Arrow Out.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using any application or service published by GOTO Tech (including products released under GOTO Tech AI and GOTO Tech Games), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. License Grant & Acceptable Use
GOTO Tech grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and run the applications on compatible Android devices.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, duplicate, or tamper with our binaries, nor deploy automation bots or exploit security vulnerabilities.
3. AI Image Generation Terms (Pixalab AI)
When utilizing Pixalab AI: Image Generator:
- You retain ownership over original prompts you enter.
- You agree not to submit prompts designed to generate illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually abusive content.
- You may use generated imagery for personal and commercial creative work subject to applicable third-party copyright laws.
4. In-App Billing & Subscriptions
All purchases and subscription upgrades are executed through your Google Play Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
