Google Play Mandatory Compliance
User Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with the Google Play User Data Policy, users of GOTO Tech applications (including Pixalab AI: Image Generator, com.pixalab.genration) may request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
Method 1: In-App Instant Deletion
If you currently have Pixalab AI or any GOTO Tech app installed on your Android device:
- Open the application on your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the navigation bar.
- Navigate to Account & Privacy → Delete My Account & Data.
- Confirm your selection to permanently erase your profile and records.
