01.Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Super Sudoku: Neon Grid (also known as Neon Grid: Super Sudoku) (Android package identifier: com.goya.supersudoku), developed by Goya Games Studio and published under the mobile gaming division GOTO Tech Games of GOTO Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

We respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting any information handled through your interaction with our mobile application. This Privacy Policy details our data practices in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play User Data Policies, the European Union & United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA / CPRA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

By installing, accessing, or playing Super Sudoku: Neon Grid (also known as Neon Grid: Super Sudoku), you agree to the collection and handling of data as described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the application.

02.Data We Collect (And What We Do Not Collect)

A. Information We DO NOT Collect

Super Sudoku: Neon Grid (also known as Neon Grid: Super Sudoku) is designed around a privacy-first, account-free architecture:

  • No User Accounts: You do not need to register, create an account, or log in with credentials.
  • No Direct Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or collect your real name, email address, physical address, phone number, or social media handles.
  • No Contact Lists or Media: We never access your device contact list, phone book, camera, microphone, photo gallery, or local document storage.
  • No Precise Geolocation: We do not track, query, or log your precise GPS location data.

B. Information Collected Automatically via Certified SDKs

When you run the game, certified third-party service providers (Google AdMob and Google Firebase) may collect pseudonymous and diagnostic device metrics:

  • Mobile Advertising Identifiers: The Google Android Advertising ID (AAID) is used by Google AdMob to deliver relevant advertisements and prevent ad fraud, subject to your explicit consent choices.
  • Device Hardware & OS Specifications: Device brand, model, operating system version (e.g., Android 13/14), screen resolution, system language, and battery/storage capacity indicators to optimize performance.
  • Approximate Location: Coarse, general geographic location (such as country or city-level derived from truncated IP addresses) used for region-specific advertising consent and analytics aggregation.
  • App Usage & Gameplay Telemetry: Level completion rates, puzzle time duration, session frequency, and user interface taps to identify confusing levels and tune difficulty balance via Google Firebase Analytics.
  • System Diagnostics & Network Health: Network connectivity state and SDK initialization logs processed through Firebase Analytics and Google Mobile Ads SDK.

C. Declared Android Manifest Permissions

Super Sudoku: Neon Grid (also known as Neon Grid: Super Sudoku) declares only three essential system permissions in its Android Manifest (AndroidManifest.xml):

  • android.permission.INTERNET: Enables communication with Google AdMob servers for ad loading and Firebase servers for remote configuration.
  • android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the app to verify whether active Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity exists before initiating network calls.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Permits Google AdMob to access the Google Play Advertising Identifier (AAID) for ad frequency capping, attribution, and anti-fraud purposes.

✓ Zero Runtime Dangerous Permissions: The application does NOT request or access device camera, microphone, local storage/photos, contacts, call logs, SMS, or precise GPS location.

03.Local Storage & Game State Data

Your in-game progression—including completed chapters across the 4 variants (Classic, Fog of War, Knight's Move, Sandwich Sudoku), high scores, consecutive day streaks, earned hint tokens, and active neon theme preferences (Cyberpunk Violet, Matrix Terminal, Vaporwave Neon, Midnight Electric)—is stored exclusively locally on your device using secure local preferences (e.g., Android SharedPreferences).

This gameplay state is never uploaded, mirrored, or transferred to any remote developer servers. Because your progress is stored locally on the device, clearing your device application storage or uninstalling the game will erase your saved game progress and hint token balance permanently.

04.How We Use Data

We and our certified SDK partners process collected technical data solely for legitimate business purposes:

  • Game Functionality: To render the neon puzzle matrix, process variant rules, execute haptic feedback, and record high scores.
  • Advertising Delivery: To serve banner, interstitial, and voluntary rewarded video ads via Google AdMob (allowing users to earn extra hint tokens, Cyber Lucky Wheel spins, and mistake revives during play), keeping the game completely free to play.
  • Telemetry & Performance Monitoring: To monitor game launch responsiveness, level difficulty curves, and puzzle completion times via Google Firebase Analytics.
  • Dynamic Game Balancing & Remote Tuning: To safely configure revive limits, daily bonus hint token rewards, and promotional parameters dynamically via Google Firebase Remote Config without requiring full binary store updates.
  • Legal & Policy Compliance: To respect your advertising privacy choices via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent SDK.

05.Third-Party SDKs & Service Providers

Super Sudoku: Neon Grid (also known as Neon Grid: Super Sudoku) integrates industry-standard, certified Google mobile software development kits (SDKs). These third-party providers have their own independent privacy policies:

Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)Advertising

Used to display banner, full-screen interstitial, and opt-in rewarded video advertisements for hint tokens. AdMob collects the Android Advertising ID, coarse IP location, and ad impression metrics.

10.In-App Web Content & External Links

The application may occasionally provide an in-app webview or links to external websites (such as our developer support portal, terms of service, or credit attributions).

Please note that external websites are governed by their own independent privacy policies and terms of service. We do not exercise control over and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or cookie deployments of external third-party destinations. We encourage you to review their respective privacy notices upon leaving our game.

11.Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect any diagnostic data handled during your use of the application. All network transmissions initiated by integrated third-party SDKs (such as AdMob and Firebase) are encrypted in transit using cryptographic protocols such as Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+).

While no mobile transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee 100% absolute security, we continuously review our security posture to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
