- Approximate Location: Coarse, general geographic location (such as country or region derived from truncated IP addresses) used for region-specific advertising consent and analytics aggregation.
- App Usage & Gameplay Telemetry: Match start and finish events, game mode popularity (Classic, Infinite, Bomb, Hack, Time Attack, Blind), session duration, and user interface taps to tune game balance via Google Firebase Analytics.
- System Diagnostics & Network Health: Network connectivity state and SDK initialization logs processed through Firebase Analytics and Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Your in-game progression—including match scores, win/loss tallies, active streaks across the 6 game modes (Classic, Infinite, Bomb, Hack, Time Attack, Blind), sound effects volume, and haptic feedback toggles—is stored exclusively locally on your device using secure local preferences (e.g., Android SharedPreferences).
This gameplay state is never uploaded, mirrored, or transferred to any remote developer servers. Because your progress is stored locally on the device, clearing your device application storage or uninstalling the game will erase your saved match statistics permanently.

We and our certified SDK partners process collected technical data solely for legitimate business purposes:
- Game Functionality: To render the neon board grid, execute 6 variant rules, process touch inputs, deliver haptic feedback, and record match statistics.
- Advertising Delivery: To serve banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob, keeping the game completely free to play.

Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, or applicable US states can re-open their consent dialog anytime via the in-game Settings menu (“Privacy Choices” or “Ad Consent”) to withdraw or modify their consent preferences.
You can reset or permanently delete your device Advertising ID directly from your Android device settings at any time:
- Open your device Settings app.
- Navigate to Google → All Services → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).
- Tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
07.Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Tic Tac Toe XO 2 Player is designed and intended for a general audience aged 13 and older (or 16 and older in the European Economic Area).

Go to your Android Settings → Apps → Tic Tac Toe XO 2 Player → Storage & Cache → tap Clear Storage, or simply Uninstall the game. All local files and stored stats are erased immediately.

10.Data Security

While no mobile transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee 100% absolute security, we continuously review our security posture to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
