This Privacy Policy describes how GOTO Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our mobile applications published on the Google Play Store, particularly Pixalab AI: Image Generator (package: com.pixalab.genration), as well as our official developer website.

We operate in full accordance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play User Data Policies, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Data We Process

• Text Prompts (Pixalab AI): Prompts submitted to synthesize images are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS protocols solely to generate the requested artwork. We do not store or sell user prompts for third-party advertising.
• Diagnostics & Device Information: Anonymized crash logs and device metrics (Android OS version, hardware model) collected via Google Firebase to ensure stability.
• In-App Purchases: All transactions and subscription tiers are processed securely via Google Play Billing. We never collect or store credit card details.
